I am an experienced picture editor and writer based in Montreal/Tio’tia:ke with credits on multiple award-winning television, feature, short film and digital projects. I specialize in documentary and factual storytelling driven by a passion for bringing meaningful and impactful perspectives to the screen.

As a seasoned visual researcher and archival producer, I bring a deep understanding of integrating historical footage and imagery to my work as an editor. My background as a musician and songwriter lends a heightened sense of rhythm and pacing, as well as an intuitive approach to music selection and crafting stories with a musical sensibility.

My work on social and cultural documentaries, and collaborations with a diverse range of  filmmakers, have inspired my involvement in media education and community-based storytelling initiatives. I have facilitated filmmaking and media workshops for underserved communities through initiatives at Concordia University (
Mapping Memories Project) and organizations such as Youth Fusion and Wapikoni.
